Department Overview

ESD 112 Human Resources and Administrative Support services meet the needs of all personnel management, including recruitment and retention, employee relations, employee development, benefits administration and compensation. Local school districts can choose from a variety of services including superintendent searches, interpretation of RCW's and WAC's, guidance on personnel issues, fingerprinting of employees, and drug and alcohol testing of commercial drivers' license employees.

An in-house certification specialist serves as a liaison to the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction to assist in the evaluation and processing of certification applications and dissemination of pertinent information to prospective applicants. Official Clock Hour Transcript Form

Clock hour transcripts are provided to districts in our service region on October 1 of each year to assist in salary placement of certificated staff members. Transcripts may also be requested in writing by individuals at any time for a $7 fee. E-mail or call Krista Hohman for clock hour transcript requests.

Fingerprinting is available by appointment, Monday through Friday, for district employment, teacher certification, and others needing fingerprint services. For information about our new digital fingerprint process, visit the Office of Professional Practices website.

Fingerprinting Fees:

New fees effective October 1, 2007.

All payments may be made in the form of cash, personal check, cashier's check, or money order payable to ESD 112.
